What we collect and why

When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address so that we can send you updates about Mitto Markets, including notification of our launch. We rely on your consent as the lawful basis for this processing.

How long we keep it

We retain your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, at which point we will remove it from our active list. We may keep a suppression record to ensure we do not email you again after you have opted out.

Who we share it with

We use Squarespace (our website provider) to store the mailing list and send emails. Squarespace processes this data on our behalf under its own privacy terms. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where your data is held

Squarespace is based in the United States, so your email address may be processed outside the UK. Where that happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the UK extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses approved for use under UK GDPR.

Your rights
